Very clean facility and very secure. Good communication from the staff and easy to get in contact with someone with questions. 24/7 access through a large security gate and specific code for your unit. Would recommend to store your items here!
Wouldn’t park anything there . They claim they have state of the are surveillance that is continuously monitored . It records yes , but it’s not MONITORED . Was broken into twice in one month along with a bunch of other people . Sheena only response was “ There is very little we can do . “ The new place I moved to , is continuously adding camera , they are adding more lights to the facility . They are alarming their fence so if anyone tries to climb or cut the fence they get an alert in real time and can check the cameras in... read more

Fantastic location on the east side of Winnipeg. Great for us lake country folks. Easy check in and check out, now that we have finished renting after 11 months. Cudo’s to the staff after we signed up last July. They saw that I had incorrectly locked my unit so that it would still open, so they contacted me right away.
I have used East Side Self Storage for many years, and they are always excellent to deal with. While I use outside storage, the units also look very clean,well maintained and secure. Highly recommend! (Updated for 2025...!)
