Dr. Klein was very attentive and addressed all of my medical issues. I have total confidence in Dr. Klein to help me with my medical care. I am fortunate to have him as my primary care physician.
I like the doctor but have regularly been in the waiting room over an hour and one time it was 2 hours. The office needs a better way to manage patient flow. If I could at least receive a text when the office is running behind schedule I can be waiting in my apartment instead of in the waiting room. Otherwise at some point I'll have to change doctors unfortunately.
