To all da haters...that this place is a little small, and a little sweaty, and the only Y in this tiny city in this tiny state is NOT the root cause of u being an outta shape hot mess. Work out, get ovah it. Sori/not-sori 4 the tuff luv

Most of the staff are great and helpful however the "personal trainers" there are trashy... Everywhere says to wipe down the machines and weights once you're done using it. However in the past year that I've been going here not once have I seen these trainers or their trainees wipe anything down. Even if they leave a sweaty trail behind on the machines. So disgustingly unsanitary and so disappointing for a location that's great otherwise.
Wasn't a good fit for my autistic son but our experience with the staff was amazing! The welcome staff was unbelievably nice and helpful! Highly recommend!
