i went to get a quick fix, deep conditioning for my hair which costs $15 on the menu. when i went to pay, i was charged $20 and was told it was because i had to sit under the hair dryer. it is my assumption that the treatment for $15 would include a 15 minute run under the dryer. although its only $5, i am not happy about this and wont return.
