Erica was our Server and she did a fabulous job. She was attentive and friendly. We had brought our grandson out to eat. The Kids menu was great with lots of options and included cool drinks that he loved and a dessert option. He did ask why is it so loud in there. I agree with him and I understand it’s a large restaurant and the noise is beyond their control, however this is why only the 4 stars. Didn’t like how the person that was working at 20:54 in September 14 th was talking ,i just entered the store with a doordash bag and she said loudly :Not ready ! That’s it ,no hello no nothing, that doesn’t feel welcoming at all , i won’t eat here nor recommend it to anyone!
We went to the Moncton, Trinity drive location for dinner, and it was wonderful! I don’t remember our waitress’ name, but she was genuinely, a lovely woman. Very kind, and I didn’t feel any pressure (I’m a slow eater), which is always great. We very rarely go out to eat, so I’m glad it was a positive experience
