I went to East Side Mario's for the first time in Orillia yesterday (the 23rd at 2:30pm) and had a server named Nicky and she was training a young girl named Robbie-Lee. They were both fantastic. Nicky seems like an awesome trainer and I was taken aback by how friendly, upbeat and knowledgeable Robbie-Lee was. She told me it was her 2nd shadow serving shift and that she was still a little bit nervous but you wouldn't have been able to tell. She was a very kind and bubbly person. Service and food were good and quick and it was fairly busy.
Came for dinner tonight. Food was great, service was decent, keft my credit card by accident and the host hid it away until I came and picked up. Some East sides are bad but this one is def one of the better ones all around.
