Waitresses, staff and food were absolutely lovely however when I walked into the establishment I noticed the music was extremely loud. Borderline obnoxious and difficult to hear other people at your table without screaming at them. I also noticed that the tables were extremely sticky and I wiped them with a Lysol wipe in my purse and it came up black. Stopped by East Side Mario’s for my usual soup and salad, and as always, the customer service was superb! Mark’s service was absolutely A1 – friendly, attentive, and made the experience even better. Always a pleasure coming here!
Served by Danielle . She was the best server ever! Polite, positive helpful and kind. We had dinner and desert. The potato and bacon soup was very tasty. Veal parmigiana was good as well as my salmon. Prices were very reasonable. We will be back.
Me and my girlfriend had the pleasure of being served by Hasna at East Side Mario’s, and she was absolutely amazing From the moment we were seated, she made us feel welcome and taken care of. She’s friendly, and always had a smile on her face. She gave me great recommendations and checked in at the perfect times without ever making us feel rushed.
My boyfriend and I came here for our anniversary and the service was amazing. Our server was Hasna and she was honestly just the best. She was super attentive and went above and beyond to make our anniversary special. We will definitely be coming back.
