It is unfortunate that an order for 2 costs $60.00 and then they serve substandard food. One of my favorite dishes is the Linguine Chicken Amatriciana , it was as dry as could be with no sauce. When i called the manager I was told that the pasta absorbs the sauce, so if they know that why not add a little more. I was told they have to follow their measurements. Not sure if my earlier review was sent>>> It was Valentines evning and four of us visted your facilty for dinner. All was great, food, service etc. We were somewhat surprised to say the least when we wanted to order coffee and dessert, we were told "ran out of coffee", and this early evening.. My mom is hospitalized and in palliative care in Camrose. She is living her final days and made one final request… she wanted to go to East Side Mario’s for her final meal eating out. Ordered a meal for 4 people for new years for pickup at Guelph line location. Arrived for pickup and questioned order as it was only 2 bags .They found another one and i said this is not all of the order they said it is all there .Got home and it was not. Called the call center and all they said they would refund me for the meal that was missing i told them to get ahold of the Guelph line location and i will be back in 20 minutes for pickup.
