The general atmosphere of the establishment is warm and inviting. The decor style of an old Italian bistro is quite unique and comforting. I have to let you know that our experience at your restaurant on Oct. 24/14 was very refreshing. Our reason for being there (not that we need one) was for our daughter (Krista's) 20th birthday. Our waiter was Dean. He was new to your location but was very humble. Manners that a lot of people need he sure had. Thank you for a wonderful evening and experience. I will never be back to East Side Mario's in Brockville again! The service was horrible - our server was extremely rude and looked very unhappy to be at work that day (we sat on the bar side, I guess this was a bad decision on my part). I can only hope during her next shift she could attempt to put a smile on her face! Basically from the minute we walked in, to the minute we walked out our stay at this restaurant was awful. Never had an outstanding meal there. Only thing I ever liked were the cesar's. Food is bland and the kids' in the back need to take a class on what temperature food cooks at.
