They had a rough day at this location - Sept 1 - Tuesday (kids eat free night) - I walked in at 5:30pm - I knew it would be busy and expected a delay. I was correct - but I never expected my dinner to take 2 hours - and this is no exaggeration. It took an hour and thirty minutes for my food to get to my table. I am a patient person, and I know the staff was run off their feet - they didn’t have enough wait-staff or kitchen help for the business they were doing. Excellent service!
Great food and prompt service was a nice evening
It’s been a while since we’ve visited any east side Mario’s after previous underwhelming experiences at the Windsor location but the Nepean location, and our server, Julia Z have changed our outlook and we will definitely give east side Mario’s another visit in the future, particularly this location. They should be the benchmark for the franchise.
