Me & my family go to east side Mario’s very often! & this was one of the worst experiences we have had you can see why the review rates are a lot less then the average east side Mario’s we went with a big party to watch the blue jays game & majority of the food was COLD! we asked for a manager & we explained our concerns & all he did was look at us and literally did nothing about it we had a big enough party for at least something to do be done for customer satisfaction. We had an absolutely outstanding experience! The food was amazing and delivered promptly. A huge shout-out to Chris for the exceptional service. Definitely recommend!
My family & I went out for dinner at this location & it had to of been one of the WORST experiences i have ever encountered. from staff to food to customer service their lucky i need to give 1 star if there was a 0 star option thats what they would get.
