I bought a used boat from Eastside. The motor had no more than 30 hours run time. Prior to agreeing to purchase, the boat needed a new starter which they installed. I took it on the water 5x last summer. In the last outing I had trouble with the starter. Took them over 4 months to get a new one due to supply issues (fine). When installing they find the mechanic who installed the first one, broke the thread mold on the power head casing and used epoxy to hold it in. Recently I ordered and picked up a pontoon boat from East Side Marine. From the moment I spoke to the sales representative, I received excellent service. I was nervous about the paperwork involved to register the boat, since I live in New York, but they filled in and printed out the required forms forms required for me to register both the boat and trailer and had them ready for me to sign.
