No one answers the phone and they never called me back after countless calls, texts, and emails. When I finally spoke to Brittany, she said the owner was going to give me a quote on a specific stone. I called for a week straight, left VM, text, and emailed with no response. Went with a different company.
Absolutely terrible. First they cut the wrong slab for my countertops (after a three-month wait), then forced me to wait another two months to cut the correct slab. Once the slab was installed, they cut one of the outlet boxes in the backsplash slab too small and made me wait several more weeks to correct their mistake. Their issues prevented other work on my kitchen project from being completed and delayed the whole project by six months. My experience with this business is less than positive. I have gone to their location on 2 separate occasions to get a quote on replacing my countertops. Both times I took the approximate measurements of my kitchen countertops and was told someone would contact me. Obviously they don't want or need my business because I never received a call back either time. Needless to say I can't recommend.
If I could give less than one star I would. Unfortunately like several other reviewers I left multiple messages. I finally caught Brittny after messages , she sent the owner out to measure. He showed up (late) (surprise, surprise) and told me Brittney would have a quote to me in a day or two. FAST forward 1.5 weeks and you guessed it, no quote and won't answer the phone. Their Customer Service is HORRIBLE! I called and left messages and even spoke with Brittany. She never called me back with the information, I requested. I even drove to the store and spoke with her regarding what I wanted done. And she NEVER called or email me. I was very disappointed. I used another company.
