My mother was in there tonight with a kitchen drawer she needed a new track for. She was laughed at and mocked. She brought the whole drawer in this time because she was sold the wrong parts previously. She’s a widow trying to do her own small home repairs, I’d recommend increasing your customer service just a bit, and not make customers feel stupid. Lost our business. Hope it feels good to laugh at a widowed woman.

They made an error, and gave me the wrong size door. Never offered to fix it. I complained to the Better Business Bureau. They lied about calling me. After showing the BBB my phone records, they still offered no resolution. Poor customer service. No pride in providing quality merchandise.
Their service and materials are always top notch. Would rather do business with a local business than a big box store.
