Five phone calls to have some minor work fixed under the 15 month full warranty and no response. Very disappointed with set up and customer service.
Friend purchased a home that was meant to be delivered Late 2017. East Side Homes has ignored him and his many calls/messages for the last 4 months. Now said friend is out tens of thousands and has nothing to show for it. They also have relatives give 5 star reviews with no info given. Stay away.
I bought a Skyline single wide mobile home from East Side homes. I had never lived in a mobile home and was a "newbie" to the process of looking for and purchasing one. I found the staff at East Side very helpful in taking me through the process. They explained the manufacturing process, showed me all of the exterior and interior options available to make the home "mine". The house is nice but they slammed us with a payment that we said "we do not want." They didn't tell us the payment amount until they had pulled our old one out and new set on foundation. Now we have to the DOT title off the house so we can refinance. Bad way of doing business.
House is beautiful but was lied to multiple times. Was first told that payments wouldn't be more then $1000 a month. They sold old house moved to in new house, had us sign contract then.Then found out house payment was higher. By that time it was too late. Ryan Andes is an incompetent businessman. He refuses to send a bill of sale. He is crook. Stay away from Eastside.
