Worst experience that just keeps haunting us. I live in one of these homes. In five years we have replaced all of the appliances, including water heater and furnace. We paid Extra for the "best furnace". Believe me when I say we paid extra for everything and none of it was worth it. I am so incredibly disappointed with the service. I could write a book on the horrific process my husband and I went through. I feel like we were robbed by a crooked business. Buyer Beware!
