I'm pissed I had to cancel and reschedule my daughter wic appointment because it's a day where my husband works and I need him to drive I call to reschedule and nothing nothing nothing then I leave 3 messages like HELLO I need to reschedule. Then I drive over over and their closed for construction. With all those bs announcement about being closed for labor day that couldnt be squeezed in their or send a text or something. I was trying to register for wic and the lady on the phone would constantly hang up. She would speak in a rude tone and when she got the same energy back she would hang up. I would call 5 more times and wait just to be hung up on every time. Whoever is on the phone truly needs to be fired. You’re working with women and children and act like they are high and mighty

Wic office at oak ridge set my appointment over 2 3 months prior Only to get here with all my kids and miss work and the office was closed
