didn't feel rushed, they took the time to make sure they got my whole history and relevant details, very efficient. the anesthesiologist was great, good bedside manor, made me feel like i was in good hands. post procedure instruction pamphlet was very clear. they called me the next day just to check on me. a+ experience.
My experience at East Side Endoscopy was very positive. I have had other colonoscopies, at different locations, so I was not anxious about the procedure, and if it had been the case of being anxious, the staff in general made me feel very relaxed. They were very caring and professional. Everything was done in a very smooth, efficient and in a timely manner.
Recently had my very first colonoscopy at East Side Endoscopy. I was VERY anxious, especially about being put to sleep since I had never had that experience before. The took me right at my scheduled time and I was ready to go home after an hour or so. My pre-procedure nurse Alex was incredible! He listened to my nervous babbling and made me feel so much more comfortable about everything. Dr. Rubinov, the anesthesiologist and the post-procedure nurse were all really great too. Made me wait forever with no updates. Overcharged me and nobody could tell me why - it was always someone else’s problem. I regret going here
If I could give zero stars I would. Literally the worst receptionist experience. Their office hung up on my face when I asked to speak to about my upcoming appointment. Do not come here if you want quality service. I’m writing the BBB and I’m sending a letter of complaint to their office.
