Whoever was there today November 25th 2025 was pleasant, efficient, and gave good needle! She was very gentle and got it on the first try. I know these Labs can be kind of hit or miss and have high turnover with employees but as of right now they're in good hands. Keep in mind there's one person at the desk, answering phones, and doing blood draws, so just be patient!
Worse lab ever .6 yrs ago I went there to have a urine tested today I brought my bf and same excuse lol they suck.
Place was closed, there was a line of people outside waiting for door to open to go in and then we noticed a sign at the door that read closed today (with no date) due to staff shortage.
Website stated it was open and their door had a weekly scheduled hours open… and they where closed at 1pm, lunch hours where posted 11 to 12 noon… not impressed at all… I went to the lab in Warren. Charter Care !!! They where amazing and I highly recommend them!!!
