The woman who helped us was lovely, and my mother said she couldn't even feel the needle at all. We were in and out lickety split.
Been going here for years. Called today and got machine. I assumed they were busy, because it's often staffed by only 1 person. I drive over (10 min) only to find door locked and a notice closed due to staff shortage. Annoying after fasting and message saying they were open! 4/11/25
I had to get some bloodwork done a little over a month ago and came here, and had probably the most positive experience I’ve ever had in a bloodwork lab. Both of the women behind the desk were extremely sweet and kind, chatting with me and making me feel comfortable. When it was time for my bloodwork, I let the phlebotomist know I get nervous/squeamish and she was so kind— asking me questions and engaging me in conversation so I wouldn’t focus on the blood.
