Very friendly, helpful and, at the time when I went, fairly quick. The maps pin was incorrect. For those unsure of the area, it's actually located on the left-hand side of the Newberry building, up the ramp. It shares location space with a doctor's office. It's a couple buildings up from the Thundermist building.
Fast, friendly, efficient.
I only go to this location for Steve. I feel more comfortable with a phlebotomist I trust, he's patient, kind and consistent.
I normally go to a different location because of the weekend hours, but I've been here a couple of times and always deal with Steve. Steve is very personable, efficient and kind. The Coventry location could take some pointers from him.
