Absolutely horrible experience on the only two occasions I unfortunately went there. Staff and their customer service skills/hospitality are an absolute nightmare that I would NEVER EVER wish upon any other decent human being. God help us all if this is what we are left with now in our healthcare services, where patient/client hospitality should be the complete opposite of what is being displayed at this location! They sent my elderly uncle a bill that should have been covered by Medicare. I called, left a voicemail, no one returned my call. When I received the second bill, I sent it back to them with a letter asking for assistance. Next correspondence I received was from a collections agency. Vultures.
Had my orders faxed twice, twice staff at the labs were unable to do more than say we can’t find them, customer service just gave me the fax number again. Total mess.
