This was the first time in years that blood was drawn from my arm. Too many other labs and the hospital could not find my vanes. I was worried about getting stuck many times, but I trusted her an she is the best. Thank you so much.
Gross office, mean staff
This was my first time going to this lab. I usually go to one in EP. The place was clean and neat. The phlebotomist was so pleasant and friendly, she definitely brightened up my morning with her personality.
Horrible experience at this place!! Went in with my toddler for testing and after waiting weeks for results, come to find out my child wasn’t tested for everything that was sent in the lab slip. I called a few weeks later to then have the front staff lie to me about the time results were supposed to come back. Had a supervisor call me who didn’t care at all about the situation. Lazy unprofessional employees at this office I hope they get shut down!
