The phlebotomist (don't know her name but she's always there) is fantastic. I never feel the needle and she is always so accommodating and friendly.
First time there and the girl behind the window tells me to go to the back room with Claudia. I go there and she's talking to someone so I'm not sure what to do. Not even a Hi, you can take a seat but instead peeps at me and says there's people before you. So I was like ok, so do I just sit out there and wait she said yes. 23 minutes later and she calls me in and says because I had a milkshake can't do lab work so I say if I can do the urine sample " No, you just do it whenever you come in to do the lab".
