My daughter and I have complications with getting blood drawn. I usually leave places in tears with a bruise. Claudia has been excellent for both of us, I try to only get my test done here. Unfortunately sometimes she is busy but it’s worth the wait for us to not go through what happens every where else. I’d give her 10 stars ⭐️
I was nervous going into this facility as I normally get my blood work drawn from another place with the same lady but I had only this time available. I got in right away, Claudia the phlebotomist was extremely empathetic towards me about some personal issues I shared with her and honestly I didn’t feel the needle at all. She really calmed my nerves and I’m so grateful for her being so kind. People like her make the world better.
I have never waited nearly an hour for a simple blood test. Arrived at 9:15 and took a number. It was 20 minutes before the single on duty phlebotomist called anyone. Instead of calling a number, she would simply say "next" and a crowd of half dozen would rush for the door. Twice, people who arrived after me were serviced before me. I'm finding another lab. I used to go to the ESCL on Main St in EG, but they closed that office. Wait times were too short.
I have found the phlebotomist at this location to be very skilled, personable and friendly. I’ve been coming here for 11 years and I’ve never had a negative experience
Tried to visit this lab twice during hours shown on the website and it has been closed.
