This was such a terrible experience that I don't even trust them to handle my labs. The woman working there got barely get herself to talk, almost like she was asleep. She couldn't find my order even though it had been faxed twice. Then she left for lunch at noon. Didn't tell anyone she wouldn't be back on time. When I came back with a printed lab slip at 1, She left a note on the door saying she would be back at 1:20, even though she was supposed to be back at 1:00pm. The technician is also very pleasant and professional Very good at her job I don't even feel a prick. SO much cleaner than Sandy Bottom Rd facility.
