Bob and I have been clients of the Eastside Lab in Lincoln RI for many years We always return there for our lab work because of the friendliness of the personnel. As we have monthly testing they know us well and we can count on the same kindness and professionalism at every visit.
After more than 60 years a patient, I am more than satisfied with the pleasant demeanor and skilled staff. With their many locations, there is never a problem in obtaining quick service.
I thought dealing with a smaller lab would have been helpful! Boy was I wrong! I had a commitment from them to add lab services to my practice (a small business) and ended up stuck with a smaller, more expensive suite because of the big business bullies that they are! I wouldn't let my dog use their services!
First the receptionist was rude "sign in and take a number" she barks. Them she ask who's next. And who's next and who's next. Never once looked at number never once asked for name on list. What's the use of signing in and getting a number.
