I went on a Saturday to the Lincoln lab. Two women working. Huffing and puffing about what a long day it was going to be. Arrived right as these opened. 28 minutes later they had only assisted one patient. Said very loudly “it’s going to be a while!” I left. Very unprofessional. Also no privacy when taking patient info. Clear HIPPA violations.
