Went online and it said they opened at 7 am. Got there at 6:45 am and there's a sign on the door saying they won't be open today. This is the second time this has happened. Their tech is always great, but their management sucks. Just found out the BU lab on the Trail opens at 6:30 am.
Elizabeth, who is substituting for Clara is an excellent phlebotomist. She's compassionate, cheerful and extremely capable!
