I went into today with a very nervous child for an important blood draw. The staff was so warm and so patient and worked so hard to ease my child's fears. Their kindness made my afternoon just a little easier.
The personal was okay, but every single time I go I have problems with the billing of my kids insurance, and then I receive a bill so I have to call. I don't understand what is going on because they have been there for a while I would think This problem would be resolved already.
I have used this lab twice now. Once to have blood drawn for my newborn and once as my pediatrician office sent a swab there for my son when he was sick. Both times I have had major issues with billing. I call and call and no one returns your phone calls. I will never go back and I will ensure that if I bring my kids to the pediatrician, that the labs are not sent here. I will go elsewhere.
