Very quiet n quick
I went into today with a very nervous child for an important blood draw. The staff was so warm and so patient and worked so hard to ease my child's fears. Their kindness made my afternoon just a little easier.
The personal was okay, but every single time I go I have problems with the billing of my kids insurance, and then I receive a bill so I have to call. I don't understand what is going on because they have been there for a while I would think This problem would be resolved already.
