I have been here on multiple occasions for blood work and have had no issues. Don't understand why so many negative reviews.
Wait is too long. Lab tech too busy having long conversations about nothing to do with why the patient is there. Need more lab techs. Quest labs is better you get an appointment with no waiting. If my insurance would except them I’d have been done already.
Horrific experience at this lab! Go elsewhere! I waited for routine blood work for 30 minutes and this lab took ONE patient while I was waiting. You're telling me it took 30 minutes to take labs from the people before me? You have to sign in, writing your first and last name ( isn't that a HIPPA violation?!?!) The staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. Pretty sure there was 1 girl working. The window is now etched off so you have no human interaction and the staff can't see how packed the waiting room is. There are sign... read more
