Place is a joke. Never open on posted hours. Customer service is awful when you call. Went to another location 30 people ahead of me out the door with a. 3 hour wait. They do not care. Second always get a bill for wrong patient and blood work.
Excellent ! I have been going here for about a few yrs now. The staff is always friendly and professional. I Had blood drawn and didn't feel a pinch ! Staff is always experienced. I have been to other places that were not so good. I see a lot of reviews about wait time. I'm glad they don't rush.
I went here for bloodwork. I arrived around 8:15 am. The door was locked and there was no sign stating they were closed. The office hours on the door said 7:30am-4pm on Monday. I called the phone number and the message says the same thing. I ended up going to the Woonsocket location rather than wait around since it was obvious they weren't open and no idea when they may have that day.

This and other locations are totally unreliable and often closed. Tried to take my child to the E.S. Lab in Lincoln last week and found when we went that it was closed for the day due to staffing issues. Called this one twice today and they did not answer. It was not noted on their phone message. Called the main number and someone there said they could not help me to determine if a location was closed or not. So we went to this location at 2:30 PM, only to find it closed for the day.
