This and other locations are totally unreliable and often closed. Tried to take my child to the E.S. Lab in Lincoln last week and found when we went that it was closed for the day due to staffing issues. Called this one twice today and they did not answer. It was not noted on their phone message. Called the main number and someone there said they could not help me to determine if a location was closed or not. So we went to this location at 2:30 PM, only to find it closed for the day.
They were not open due to staff shortages.
Went to the one in North Smithfield 2 days in a row and no one there. Called no answer no explanation. Go to Lincoln and that one is closed too with a sign on door saying short staffed. So sad
Easy in, easy out. People are friendly and they actually take time with their clients. That is all.
