I can't say enough about the 4 phlebotomists who helped me today they were kind considerate, prompt and extremely professional. I am so happy that ESCL has hired more phlebs for early shift since that's when the fasters arrive.

I usually have no problem getting labs done here. In & out, usually. However, this time was strange, to put it mildly. I walk in at 7:45 am and wanted to check at the window to make sure they received the request from Dr before I signed in and waited. It was weeks prior that it was sent... The woman at the window refused to acknowledge me at all. Came in on Saturday morning. Only one clerk was doing intake and kept saying next person. However, some folks just disregarded everyone passing into the line. No numbers were being called. Management needs to take note of this and improve it.
Closed early. I’m disabled with difficulty with transport, so this is a serious issue.
