HORRIBLE! Im 30 weeks pregnant & did my gestational diabetes test here, I was sick to the point of almost passing out 10 minutes before the 11am goal of drawing my blood after drinking the glucose drink required to be drank before waiting an hour for the blood draw. The drink made me very sick & as I said almost to the point of passing out after sitting in the chair for almost the whole hour and I was hot and nauseous and seeing colors. IF I could give zero stars I would. Horrible experience. No professionalism at all. Had a blood draw (not too bad); told it would be at the doc's office in 3 days; a week later, doc still hadn't received it. Several phone calls later, got a live person who told me quite rudely, that they do not have the capacity to fax blood test results. The doctor should call the results lab. My doc called them back and they faxed the results. Huh? Woman was very rude. And she outright lied. We lost 6 days of possible treatment because the... read more
The women that work here are fantastic. They are friendly and efficient. I am always comfortable there and highly recommend this location.
Unfortunately, today I went for labs and there’s a sign posted on the door that we are closed due to no water no word of when they will be back open it is a very big inconvenience to people that only have certain days off and weekends, but you’re only open from 8 to 12 on weekends. That’s when a majority of the people that work have the days off. Last time I went there, I had a great experience but they are highly understaffed while I was there, but for them not to list Lunch times or tell you where to go is a little absurd.... read more
