The women that work here are fantastic. They are friendly and efficient. I am always comfortable there and highly recommend this location.
Unfortunately, today I went for labs and there’s a sign posted on the door that we are closed due to no water no word of when they will be back open it is a very big inconvenience to people that only have certain days off and weekends, but you’re only open from 8 to 12 on weekends. That’s when a majority of the people that work have the days off. Last time I went there, I had a great experience but they are highly understaffed while I was there, but for them not to list Lunch times or tell you where to go is a little absurd.... read more
The ladies there are so sweet and truly know how to make someone feel relaxed and comfortable. They are personable, kind and keep the lab spotless. Def recommend
Waiting room is comfortable. I arrived at 11:40 on a Saturday. It was 11:59 when my order was looked up. They close at 12. Told me that my blood work could only be completed. On week days….
Usually OK. Last visit was weird. Very short staffed this time. Pissed off at the situation was all I heard about from the nurse.The rushed procedure left me with a bruise. I have blood drawn regularly for health reasons. Never had a bruise before anywhere. The final straw was some customer ranting about diabetes and a corresponding conspiracy theory. So annoying. Back to the Cranston office.
