Fast service
I don’t have a good experience. Long waiting,the staff doesn’t seem to care about the people. Me and 7 others were waiting, they never open the check in window. This was at the reservoir ave location
If your a person like me who is used to mychart or other portals where your lab results are available quickly this is not a lab for you! My review has nothing to do with the lab or staff itself , as they were all amazing. It shouldn’t take longer than 48 hours at the most for routine labs to become available to the patient. My labs have been resulted for longer then 48 hours , I should be able to view them . Never returning again. Healthcare should be transparent and accessible for the patient .
