Clean, efficient, and friendly even with so many departments in one building. Everyone was happy and compassionate and helped me figure out where to go.
I am petrified of having my blood drawn... So much so that I've put it off for years. The two women that helped me today were so incredibly patient with me and were so kind I felt a much more at ease when they took my blood they both stood by in case I fainted which I've been known to do, which made me also feel better, and they did the work so quickly I didn't even realize it was over. They may have cured my fear of needles!. They were amazing and so professional!!!!
Screwed up our lab results, billed the wrong insurance provider. Phone number isn't correct. Had to go down there to resolve the problem. Nobody there to assist. Have to go back to speak with someone who knows what to do.
