Look at your bill very closely. They took my blood, then called me later to say there was a lab mistake and I’d need to come back in to give blood again. Fine, mistakes happen. But then I saw that they are billing me twice for one of the labs (same code). Why would I have the same lab done twice within 14 days, when my doctor only ordered it once?? Your lab made a lab mistake and asked me to come back in and give blood and now you charge me twice for one of the tests? This feels dishonest, and I shouldn’t have to chase down ... read more
If you go early enough it's not crowded. I find it shocking that north Smithfield and Lincoln not staffed and has to shut down. Seems that no one wants to work

Don’t come here!!!! They make you wait so long. Only one worker that is extremely slow. They also take walk ins before you if that person says they need it done at a certain time they just bump them to the top! Very unprofessional & rude. Never, ever again!!!
Service leaves a lot to be desired. Slow with zero concern for customers.
