The phlebotomist who drew my blood this Wednesday was awesome! I wish I caught his name to include it here. I’m usually very nervous during the process but he made it quick and painless and distracted me with conversation so I wouldn’t be scared. Best experience possible.
The girls at the front desk of the walk in part were amazing! Very sweet and informative! I came here for STRICTLY bloodwork! They directed me right to the area! Unfortunately….. the women who took my blood on Saturday December 9th around 1pm was horrible! She never hung up her personal phone call through her AirPods the entire time! She barely acknowledged me to begin with but then CONTINUED her personal call through out my entire bloodwork sample…. HUGE HIPPA VIOLATION! The woman there was very nice and helpful. To get to the lab you must walk into the Walk-In clinic and past their desk to door with the small ESCL sign over it. 10/11/2023 update: I went back today at 6:45 because the website hours say until 7pm. I was told the lab closed at 6:30 by the Medical Center staff and I could not even walk through to the lab. Very frustrating.
