When your lab results never make it to the doctor. How do you speak someone about getting your lab results when no one answers the phone (yea I know they are busy sometimes) and the voicemail box is full? Who else can you call? The main lab office phone in EP doesn’t have a patient result option.
I have been quarantine for 3 days now waiting for my test results. East Side Lab told me it would be 5 days now they are saying another week. Meanwhile I cannot return to work until I get results and use sick time. The department of health didn’t know it was taking 14 days for testing? I wrote to 12 for action to see if the can find the truth. So frustrating, my doctor thinks I have sinus infection. Linda LoxLey
Monday left a phone message early in the day at the office in Narragansett. Wanted to verify hours and that they had the doctor's order for the test. No one called me back, so I just went to the office today (Tuesday). Turns out they take lunch from 12-1PM. Nothing on their outgoing phone message or signage on the door. Good luck trying to find the locations, they don't have signs with the address on them and the signs are basically invisible.
I had my blood drawn on 11/30/2017 and had the results sent to 2 different doctors. The results were different on 8 tests from the same draw, same blood. I no longer trust their results. Until now I had been pleased with their service but this is the first time I have had results sent to 2 different doctors.
I took a client to the Johnston lab on Atwood ave and I couldn't have asked for better service, Michele was incredible, she helped me in the rest room with the client who has parkensons and can't walk, then she not only walked out to the car with me cause I had to park in no mans land, she helped me get my client back into my SUV, she went above and beyond that day and probably does everyday. I've taken many clients to doctors never has any staff been to kind. She is a God send. Kodus Michele. and Thank you
