11.15am 2.29.2024 - Went to East Side Clinic because I have a sinus infection 4 days now. Waited for check in person, got second window from entrance under check in sign - large argumentative woman with glasses and long dark hair. Told her I was ill and would like to see someone she said I needed to make a call for an appointment. I said I am here now for same day triage....
