I hit a deer with my car and I had my vehicle towed to Matt's body shop to get an estimate to fix it. He gave me a nice 2014 Chevy Equinox to use. If he didn't, I never would of had a vehicle to get to work in Decorah as I lived in Hesper at the time. He went way above and beyond for me. My insurance company ended up totaling my vehicle so Matt never even got to repair it. I asked Matt how much money I owed him for the loaner and he took nothing. He never even charged me. Matt and his crew fixed my car and they did amazing work. Better than I expected as I have had bad auto body experience in the past...I hope to never have to use them again, but if I need auto body work, I’ll be coming straight here!!
I've always had excellent service here but just today I was driving by and Matt had stepped out of the shop and helped me fix my tailgate handle, no appointment and refused to let me pay him!
