Wow, I didn’t expect this level of service as a new customer. David and Samir were patient and kind throughout the entire process. I had seen both older and newer reviews but decided to give this place a try—after all, how bad could it be just for an inspection? Plus, it’s not far from my apartment. I’m really glad I took the chance. It seems the shop is now under new management, and it shows. I’ll definitely be bringing my car here for all future services. Went in to get my heating checked out. After the mechanics checked what was wrong, David, (the new manager), made sure I understood what the problem was and what needed to be done. Even told the mechanic, Freddy and Carlos, to show me and explain what was wrong. David was fair on the pricing and realistic on the time frame.
