I used to come here for my vehicle inspection, but not anymore. The "new management" has really taken this place downhill. I went in to get me vehicle inspected, and found another gentleman waiting in front of me. The manager was in the garage on the phone for over 20 minutes while we both stood there waiting. When he finally came into the office, he said he was doing everything he could to "squeeze" the man in front of me in to get his inspection. Went in for an inspection. Was told I failed and needed $1800 in service. Felt it was very off. Went to dealer. Passed inspection and they told me what this place told me was nonsense. Beware.
Nice people fast service reasonable prices
Wow, I didn’t expect this level of service as a new customer. David and Samir were patient and kind throughout the entire process. I had seen both older and newer reviews but decided to give this place a try—after all, how bad could it be just for an inspection? Plus, it’s not far from my apartment. I’m really glad I took the chance. It seems the shop is now under new management, and it shows. I’ll definitely be bringing my car here for all future services. So glad I found a place I can truly count on! Julie H
