I was looking for a very specific vehicle - a Nissan Xterra PRO-4X and East Side Auto Sales had one on their lot. Brent and his team are upfront on both pricing and condition of their vehicles. I found my vehicle online and it was represented well. In-person, the vehicle matched the ad and drove well. They also gave me a fair trade-in price for my existing vehicle. No haggling and up-front pricing discussions. That is a refreshing take on buying a car from a dealership. Thank you guys for the great buying experience!
Called in to ask about a vehicle for sale. I requested a video of the car before taking the 45 minute drive to see it. Guy said " I dont do videos". Poor customer service.
