Embarrassing business, would give 0 stars if I could. Needed a tow truck, they made me pay before they dispatched driver. Told me would be 30-60 min. Waited over 90 min without hearing anything, I call them and they tell me the tow truck broke down on the way. They said they can dispatch another driver if I pay $50 more. Absolutely ridiculous?!? I had already paid for the first tow, they didn’t show up so either I am supposed to be refunded or they cover the cost for another truck! That is not how you run a business. If I do... read more
