Went to East Side Auto when my car started making some weird noise. I just pulled in without an appointment. Rob, the owner, had me leave the car so he could check it out. He called me about 20 minutes later. He said the noise was caused by a snapped bracket. He would be able to fix it, and he would have it ready in about an hour. He could have made up a big problem, but did not. He is honest and fast. The price was very reasonable. I will be a regular customer from now on.
