Clean, well managed, bright spaces. Easy loading dock - Pam in front office is fantastic!! Highly recommend ER Self Storage.
GREAT customer service, the facility is so organized and clean…I can’t say enough good things honestly.
You know when you go to most places and some bureaucrat hassles you with all sorts of technicalities? Well I was pleasantly surprised to find out that the opposite is true here. Pam is always so chill about everything and accommodating and awesome. The facility is clean and warm and dry and that garage feature is amazing in the winter. I stored my stuff here for about a year while moving and I just loved it and I was actually sad when I didn't need it anymore. Pam is the best. 90 stars out of 10.
