We have used East Rochester Self Storage twice and both times had a very good experience. It’s clean , dry and easy to access. We had a issue with a mover we hired and Pam went out of her way to find us another mover within a few hours. She is a great asset and always willing to help ! I highly recommend them .
I arrived just after 4 pm, less than 1 hour before closing. The attendant, Pam was courteous and professional. She explained every detail and allowed me time to make a decision. Great customer service, excellent facility. It is evident they take pride in their business. Storage rental is reasonably priced for a total indoor, clean and safe facility. Thank you! We appreciate your service and care.
