The space is remarkably clean and well-maintained, making it easy and hassle-free to load and unload in the dock area. The staff provides excellent customer service, always friendly, helpful, attentive to your needs, and dedicated to ensuring your safety. Overall, a fantastic experience that leaves you feeling valued, confident, and secure in accessing my storage unit.

This isn't my first time renting space from East Rochester Storage. The building is well maintained. I love being able to load/unload my vehicle in the inside bay, out of the weather. But the biggest value is how easy Pam makes the process. She is so easy and pleasant to work with. There are storage facilities closer to my home, but return to ERS because it is really hassle-free.
Pam is the nicest human ever! She called to explain and offer services - moved my reservation to a "better" (a few more sq. ft.) unit. It has so far been an amazing experience
