Their grader operators enjoy plowing in mothers with children while trying to leave for school. Leaving a berm across driveways large enough an suv can't get through. Causing the mother and kids to be stuck until a plow service that actually cares about what they are doing could come and clear out the mess East Road services left behind from an operator too lazy to turn his blade long enough to pass a driveway.
They are unreliable, will not return calls, and won’t show up to provide a job quotes. I spoke to Troy, his son, and the receptionist, not one of them would follow through. I lost out on business opportunity waiting on them. Too bad there is a not a 0 star.
