Very Kind The office staff is always kind, and the office runs on time. When our cat got underfoot one night and we had to take him to an emergency veterinarian and we had them fax the records to East River so they'd have them. East River called to follow up the next day and a few days later to see how he was, even though he just had bruises. Do not hesitate to take your pets here!

CONS: A little out of the way, but very worth it.
friendly and convenient ERV staff are great. They give my pets great care, and kept us updated on our pets health while they had to stay overnight after surgury. They are also very conveniently located for the 14586 zip code.
