Be prepared to slog through mud. CT you can do better. No dock, muck on ramp at low tide is a foot deep, parking lot should have fill added so it is dry at high tide. The wealthy neighbors would probably frown on improvements because it would increase usage. Grassy Island is a beautiful plce to hike though.
