Robotic and uncaring. I would choose a more caring place and an open mri. They claimed one was not available. The head MRI was so loud it was nerve w/racking and it took a really long time. No music was provided.
I’ll never go back there
Probably the best MRI experience I’ve ever had. The staff is extremely professional and they make you feel comfortable. A blanket and earphones with your music choice were also provided.
Horrible horrible horrible. 1pm appt it’s now 250pm. After I asked at the front desk why I haven’t been called yet. Said they had to call and find out. They put me on the phone and tell me there is a paperwork issue. Are you kidding me. They left me here for almost 2 hrs. Now they say atleast another hour. NEVER AGAIN. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. IM NOT THE ONLY ONE THAT THIS HAPPENED TO TODAY. WHITE PLAINS OFFICE.
We’ve been here three times as referred by an outside doctor. First time, fine, unremarkable, which we’ll take. Second time, I misread the instructions for an 11:00am appointment that told us to arrive at 10:45, so we got there around 10:55 or so. Definitely my fault and apologized, One nurse came out and was rude to my elderly parent, saying “Where is she?” to the receptionist and then, “oh, you’re late.
