We’ve been here three times as referred by an outside doctor. First time, fine, unremarkable, which we’ll take. Second time, I misread the instructions for an 11:00am appointment that told us to arrive at 10:45, so we got there around 10:55 or so. Definitely my fault and apologized, One nurse came out and was rude to my elderly parent, saying “Where is she?” to the receptionist and then, “oh, you’re late. Check in was easy and the staff were friendly and helpful. The procedure was done on time and the technicians were helpful and friendly. It’s very clean.

I brought my cousin there for his mri. The staff was nice, especially the bilingual lady at the front reception desk. Beautiful modern waiting room with nice music playing and a clean rest room. Got there early, was brought in early for mri and out early. Free parking in the lot.
I had an awful experience. For background I had an unset broken tibial plateau and was getting screened for ligament damage. My experience started with two calls to come in early due to cancellations. I get there the building is not near the curb and there is no accommodation for my condition. In the end my screening started after my original time slot. An hour plus wait. There was nowhere to sit in lobby with my leg elevated - really don’t need a stylish waiting room - need something that meets needs of patients. Then it go... read more
