I needed an eye exam (it'd been 4 years). I live on the UWS and my first thought was to go to Cohen's Optical, however, after looking at some of the negative reviews online, I decided to go to Costco for my eye exam. I read that you could go without being a member. I went in without any appointment at about 1pm on a Friday. The friendly secretary had me fill out a quick 2-page form.
