I made an appointment two weeks ago, believing it was for next Wednesday. However, I received a call this morning informing me that I missed my appointment, and I now have a $49 bill to pay. Many clinics send reminders via email or text, but I didn’t receive any from this one. Because of this experience, I don’t feel inclined to return. Now, I need to find another doctor and book a new appointment. If this clinic could implement a reminder system, it would greatly enhance the patient experience.
