Classes are well planned & the coaches are amazing. I wish I found East Ridgefield CrossFit sooner. Can’t recommend enough!
I can honestly say that joining East Ridgefield CrossFit has changed my life. When I first walked through those doors, I was out of shape, unhealthy, and tipping the scale at 300 pounds. I have been a member at ERCF for 2 years and have had a great experience. The facilities are impressive and well maintained. The coaches are great at teaching and helping all skill levels without making people feel bad for needing modifications. ERCF uses user a friendly app to know the schedule and track progress which makes planning ahead easy.
